Mama's Bracelet Baby Shower Activity

Supplies Needed:
1. Elastic string for beading.
2. Many different colored beads (different shapes work well too).
3. A stringing needle.
Have a bowl full of beads. When everyone arrives have them take a bead that reminds them of the mother-to-be.
Some time during the shower (maybe during cake time) have each person take a turn telling the mother why the bead they chose reminded them of her (have someone write down what is said and who said it).
Then have someone string the beads on an elastic band (may need more than one elastic band if a lot of people are there).
When all is done give the bracelet to the mother-to-be to wear during labor (so that she remembers and knows that everyones loves and supports her).
