This game is like the Baby Game, where if you say the word baby you get your baby pin taken away... except this game is a little different.
Write down some baby items like "blanket, bottles, formula, diapers, baby crib, pacificer, rice cereal"... etc and put in a bag (these will be name tags for the guests). As each guest arrives, have them draw a baby name tag out of the bag and which ever item they draw, that will be their name the remainder of the baby shower. Who ever calls the guest by their real name, and if someone catches them loses their baby pin.

Gather 5 real baby diapers. Melt 5 different Brand Name Chocolate Bars and smear 1 in each of the 5 diapers. Pass the Diapers around to your guests and they must write down their best guess of What Specific Kind of Chocolate Bar is used to soil each of the 5 diapers. The guest with the most right wins.
I suggest a large chocolate bar for the prize. Keep the wrappers as proof. Guests can use their fingers to stick in the CHOCOLATE and taste it or they may smell it or just go by sight. Whatever they prefer.

I love this game!
In this game, you melt various chocolate bars in a diaper and try to guess the name of the candy bar. It is kind of gross and the melted chocolate does look a lot like poop. It is so funny to see people actually sticking their nose in a dirty diaper and some who are brave will even eat or taste the melted candy bar! And since it does look like poop, some people may not want to play and some may have a weak stomach for this game.
Plan to give the new mom-to-be a box of baby diapers, so you can remove a few for this game. Number each diaper 1 - 10 (a number for each different candy bar) with a magic marker. Take several well-known candy bars and cut or break them into pieces and place each one in a numbered diaper. Make a list and write down which candy bar corresponds with each numbered diaper.
Melt the pieces in the microwave 15 seconds at a time. Keep an eye on the diaper since you don't want to start a fire. Allow to cool. You can melt them in a microwave safe bowl and then scoop the melted mess into a diaper. Give everyone a piece of paper and have them list the number of diapers that you have. Write the numbers 1 - 15 on the paper. Then you can either hand out the diapers to pass around or place them on a table for everyone to pick up and smell. Ask them to write their guess to the corresponding number on the diaper. The one with the most guesses wins!
Here are some candy bars that I have seen used:
* Hershey Chocolate Bars
* Baby Ruth Bars
* O Henry Chocolate Bars
* Almond Joy or Mounds Coconut Bars
* York Peppermint Patties
* Butterfingers
* Snickers
* Nestle Crunch Bars or Krackle Bars
* Three Muskateers
* Reeses Peanut Butter Cups
* Kit Kat Bars
* Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Almonds
* Whatchamacallit (might be hard to name this one)
* Twix Bars
* Heath Bars
* Mr Goodbar
* Milky Way
The list is endless, make sure the chocolate is somewhat melted. It will make it harder to identify the candy. It looks like poop, and it is way too funny to see if anyone is brave enough to eat it! It makes for a fun game for guys too.

This game is just like the hot potato game but with a fun twist. Buy a few adult baby items, such as adult diapers, bibs, pacifiers, etc. Wrap each item. Gather the same amount of people as gifts plus an extra person. Give them one item at a time and as the music plays they need to pass the item around. Whoever ends up with the item in their hands when the music stops, has to unwrap it and wear it or do what it says.
Here are things you can write on the notes:
- Wear Bib and Pacifier
- Wear nail polish and lipstick
- Wear Hospital underwear
- Wear Hospital Gown
- What is the best advice you have for the mom to be?
- Baby bottle fill with juice/soda (make 2 bottles so the one who unwraps it picks another partner to drink with them)
- Blow up a balloon and put it under your shirt (like you’re pregnant)
- Sing a lullaby song
- Act like a Baby
- Eat baby food

Items needed:
* MP3 player (or cd player)
* Pieces of paper for each guest
* Writing utensil for each guest
Make a playlist of songs that all have the word "baby" in the song title. You can do this on an MP3 player or burn a CD with the songs.
Play the songs for any amount of time, and let the guests guess the name of the song and who sings it (for bonus points) on the piece of paper. The winner is the one who has the most correct answers.

Randomly pick 4-5 guests for this game. Give each guest a hard back book or binder and a blank piece of paper and pencil/pen. The guests are instructed to draw a picture of a baby on the paper. The key is that they have to be blind folded. They cannot stop and look a their drawing during this and have 2 min to complete. At the end of the 2 minutes, they are to show the mom to be their picture and the mom-to-be will be the judge and pick the drawing she likes the best.

Make paper diapers for every guest you have (or you can find some at party america in the baby shower section). Use construction brown paper and cut them in small circles (smaller than a dime) to make it look like its poop. Stick the circular brown papers in each diaper except for 1 or 2 (depending on how many guests you have). Have each guest draw a diaper and on the count of 3, have them open it. The one who has the "Clean Diaper" (the one without poop) gets a prize.
